The Kiddos and I chatted recently about pumpkins and how we seem to see them everywhere right now. When I asked them why this was, no one could really give me an answer. I started to model how to ask a question (I know they are able to ask a ton it seems at times), and soon the Kiddos were able to come up with a few they had about pumpkins.

We then discussed that if we have a question, should we just say, "meh" and leave it, or should we try to figure out an answer. Of course they wanted to find out the answers to their questions. I then challenged them to figure out how we can find information. With a bit of help, they were able to name 3 ways.
One of my goals this year is to help the Kiddos realize that if they have a question, they have the power/ability to find an answer. This is the first step of many 'wonder' project upon which we will embark. Stay tuned to see what we learn!
