Today the Kiddoes and I had a riot singing the song, "Down by the bay" written and performed by Raffi. After listening to the original a few times, we began to make up our own rhymes. It wasn't long before someone suggested we should record our own version. I agreed, but questioned them who could play the music for us. "Mr. Stoffell!!!" they quickly replied. So after a quick trip to his arts ed room to ask if he could help us, we decided to spend a few days coming up with rhymes and then record our song next Tuesday.
If you have time over the next few days, see if you can help your Kiddoe to come up with a rhyme for the song!!!
