Patterns are EVERYWHERE!

Today we went on a hunt outside to look for patterns. The kiddos found leaves, sticks, and pine cones while outside and decided we should make a pattern with them! We brought our findings back into the classroom where the kiddos had to sort the items and then create different types of patterns. I was so proud of how well they did in our "outdoor classroom" and that they were able to collaborate with their other group members to create patterns.
