Go Fish

We have been working on numbers to 5 for the past few weeks. Yesterday, a few Kiddoes and I pulled out some playing cards and started a game of 'Go Fish'. We had so much fun laughing and learning at the same time!! When I sat and reflected on the learning taking place, I was amazed that such a simple game could target oral language skills, self-regulation skills, socialization skills, numeracy skills, and listening skills. Today, I was elated to see 2 tables of 'Go Fish' taking place.
