iPads In The Classroom

In our classroom, we have a beautiful iPad cart loaded with iPads for the Kiddoes to use as a tool for learning. We are VERY lucky to have these tools in our room to assist us in our learning this year. I am excited to not replace, but enhance traditional teaching methods with this technology. It will open up new doors for our Kiddoes in their learning.

 Today, we practiced how to use the iPads. We learned our "special iPad number" (each Kiddoe will always use the same iPad), how to take the iPad out of the cart, how to carry it, and how to correctly place it back in the cart to charge. These skills are essential for the Kiddoes to master in order for us to effectively use this technology successfully. I was proud of them today as they exhibited self-control and patience with the iPads.
